Times are different during the holiday season. People eat more (and eat more of the good stuff), stay out later, gather with friends more often, despite it being more relaxed at work you probably pick up the stress in your social life. Most, if not all things, that you did really well for the year completely go sideways once the holiday season rolls around.
When I say "stress" I don't only mean that you're upset. You could be bored, anxious....basically looking for any quick fix to make you feel better than you do currently in that given moment. What better way than to grab for some tasty holiday food? The term "comfort food" exists for a reason.
Not only is it the holiday season, but it's cold and there's less daylight. Couple this with the stress of the holiday season and what we have is a perfect recipe for someone to fall off track and put on some holiday pounds.
New years Day rolls around and you're sitting there wondering where things went wrong in those final 5-6 weeks of the year. You made great progress throughout the year (i.e. lost weight, got stronger, more confident, more energy, etc.) but now you fell off track during the holiday season and you're wondering how you let that happen.

What’s up, Holiday Hustlers?
My name is Mike Coval and I’ve owned and operated COVAL Fitness since May 2nd, 2011. That means that I've coached clients through 12 holiday seasons now and I'm about to take on number 13.
Each person that I work with, I do my best to build a strong relationship with. With that comes a lot of ups and downs that we go through.
One of the common "downs" that I would see each and every year during the holiday season is there would be a handful of clients who would make awesome progress throughout the year and then once the holiday season came around they would:
stop making the time to work out due to a crazy, chaotic schedule
get caught up in overconsuming...especially holiday food and alcohol
often times regress with their results that they had worked so hard to achieve throughout the year
Then at the beginning of the year, I would usually get a message from them saying we need to talk because they fell off track and don't know how to get back on.
It sucks to see my clients struggle. It's a part of the process of growing, but I hate to see it when it's preventable.


"Holiday Hustle" is a 38-day program which is designed to help you:
Continue working out consistently each week via workouts delivered to you with full coaching videos via the "COVAL Coaching" app to continue to raise your level of fitness and keep the pounds off
On days when you don't work out then you will have a movement goal for the day to help you keep feeling alert, mobile, and to help enforce your fitness and weight management goals for the holiday season
Manage the difficulties that come with holiday social gatherings so that you don't beat yourself up over enjoying yourself during the holiday season
Allow you the flexibility to enjoy yourself, but have your "Daily 3" habits that you knock out each day which will help you stay on track and allow you to finish the year strong!

Nope! Although it would likely be more beneficial, it’s not necessary. I can provide you with a training program that requires ZERO equipment.
I totally understand the concern of this program being too much to take on if you have never worked out before. That’s why I’ve made it adaptable to each individual and their current fitness level and readiness for change. You will be provided different options that you can do on your non-gym workout days that vary in intensity and skill level.
